The successful candidate will be responsible for performing laboratory tests to diagnose and provide treatment for various diseases and medical conditions. They will also be responsible for analyzing and reporting test results, operating lab equipment, and maintaining accurate medical records. Some work from home is acceptable. Qualifications Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, or a related field Minimum of 2 years experience in a clinical or medical laboratory setting Strong understanding of laboratory testing procedures, equipment, and terminology Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently Good communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work well in a team environment Experience with laboratory information and management systems (LIMS) is a. plus Medical Laboratory Technician certification from a recognized accrediting agency is preferred job in patna
