Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Business Development Manager, located in Hyderabad, with some flexibility for remote work. The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with potential clients, while growing and maintaining existing business relationships. The. Senior Business Development Manager will be required to develop and execute business strategies and prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts. They will work collaboratively with other teams in Voyager Partners to meet or exceed targets. Qualifications Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in the industry Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a proven track record of successfully pitching for new business and building long-term relationships Strong background in sales, with excellent project management skills Ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders, understand their needs, and provide the right solutions Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Ability to analyze data and forecasts to make informed decisions and provide strategic direction to the business Experience using CRM tools, social media, and other sales and marketing platforms Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
