Position Overview: As a specializing as Business Development Manager in IT staffing, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives, client relationship management, and team leadership. Your primary focus will be on expanding our C2H, C2C, and Permanent staffing services while fostering long-term partnerships with clients and candidates. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion in C2H, C2C, and Permanent staffing segments. Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their staffing needs, and positioning our services as the solution of choice. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve individual and collective sales targets. Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor. activities, and market shifts to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly. Contract Negotiation: Oversee contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for the company while meeting client and candidate expectations. Performance Tracking: Implement metrics and KPIs to track sales performance, analyze results, and strategize continuous improvements. Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders such as recruitment teams, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless delivery and alignment with client needs. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred, BCA, MCA,B.E Years of progressive experience in sales executive roles within the IT staffing industry, specifically in C2H, C2C, and Permanent placements. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, driving revenue growth, and expanding market share. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Strong leadership abilities with a demonstrated capacity to motivate and manage a sales team effectively. In-depth knowledge of IT staffing trends, technologies, and best practices. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving market demands
