We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth in the US and Domestic market, specifically within the digital marketing agency space. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and onboarding new clients, building strong relationships, and driving revenue through strategic partnerships. Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for the US and Domestic markets. Identify and qualify potential clients. Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers. Develop compelling proposals that showcase the value of our offerings to agencies and their clients. Secure new partnerships and negotiate mutually beneficial contracts. Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring smooth integration. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with internal teams. (marketing, sales, etc.) to ensure a seamless partner experience. Qualifications: Minimum 4 years of proven experience in business development, preferably within the digital marketing or advertising industry. Solid understanding of the US digital marketing landscape and agency ecosystem. Demonstrable track record of successfully onboarding and managing clients. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build strong relationships. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
