Ltd Flagship Group of Company Block No.471, Padra Jambusar Road, Mahuvad Patia, Dabhasa Tal: Padra, Dist.:Vadodara, Gujarat - 391 440 Role Title Executive Accounts Job descriptions (brief)- 1) Booking all accounting entries in accounting software & Physical data Management 2) Knowledge of Banking Transaction (NEFT/RTGS, Demand Draft, Bank Guarantee, LC) & Bank Reconciliation 3) Data preparation for GST return Filing 4) Data Preparation for TDS/TCS Payments & Returns 5) Clearance of PT, PF and ESIC, before their respective due dates. 6) Cross verification and data entry of complete salary process followed by approvals to process the same 7) Physical Inventory Checking 8) Maintaining petty cash vouchers 9) Co-ordination with consultant for Audit work. 10) Sales and collection to be generated every month from software. 11) Vendor reconciliation half yearly or yearly
