Job Description
Position: HR Recruiter
Location: DM Block , Sector V , Bidhannagar, Kolkata
Contract Duration: 1 Year
Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO) 6 Days (Monday to Saturday)
Immediate Joiners Preferred
Experience Required:
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in bulk hiring or high-volume recruitment.
- Prior experience in managing end-to-end recruitment for large teams or BPO/ITES domains is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle bulk recruitment drives to meet manpower requirements across various departments.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and walk-ins.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and organizational fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, follow-ups, and final selection processes.
- Maintain recruitment databases and generate hiring reports.
- Ensure timely closures of open positions with quality candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
Desired Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet hiring targets.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
- Good networking and relationship-building abilities.
