Job Description

Purpose: Manage the submissions of regulatory returns to RBI and NHB to maintain the high standards of our compliance culture when it comes to financial reporting for Piramal Capital & Housing Finance Finalise Returns for NHB (~ 15 to 17 returns every quarter within first 15 days) and monthly returns (~4/5 returns within first 10 days of the month) Revise returns for NHB Follow up with stakeholders for data requirements and validation of data being submitted to NHB, also reconciling data with Financials Respond to ad-hoc regulatory submission requirements Respond to regulatory queries Indent preparation for NHB audits Work on automation of Finance Central Respond to ad-hoc requests for requirements within the organization Preparation of approximately 50+ NHB disclosures on an annual basis and 2/3 disclosures on a quarterly basis Create a SharePoint for a repository of all regulatory filings done along with backup files Ideal: CA with 5 to 8 years. experience Currently with a leading Banking or an upper layer NBFC / HFC
