Job Title: Field Network Engineer (Switch, Wi-Fi, Routers Installation and Implementation Engineer) (Delhi) Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Field Network Engineer specializing in the installation and implementation of switches, Wi-Fi systems, and routers. The Field Network Engineer will be responsible for deploying and configuring network infrastructure for our clients, ensuring seamless connectivity and optimal network performance. This role requires a strong technical background in networking, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience and a solid understanding of network protocols and best practices. Languages: English and Hindi Responsibilities: 1. Install, configure, and troubleshoot network switches, Wi-Fi access points, and routers. 2. Conduct site surveys to assess network requirements and recommend appropriate equipment and. configurations. 3. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to determine project scope, timelines, and budgets. 4. Design and implement network solutions based on client needs, ensuring reliability and security. 5. Conduct network tests and performance evaluations to identify and resolve issues. 6. Provide technical support and maintenance for deployed network infrastructure. 7. Stay up to date with the latest networking technologies, trends, and best practices. 8. Document all network configurations, changes, and maintenance activities. 9. Train clients on the proper use and management of network equipment. Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience as a Field Network Engineer or in a similar role. 2. Solid understanding of network infrastructure design principles and implementation methodologies. 3. Proficient in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of network switches, Wi-Fi systems, and routers. 4. Familiarity with network protocols, including TCP/IP, VLAN, and DHCP. 5. Knowledge of wireless technologies, such as 802.11 standards and Wi-Fi security. 6. Ability to conduct site surveys, assess network requirements, and recommend appropriate solutions. 7. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 8. Certifications in relevant areas such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are a plus. 9. Should mandatory have Driving License and personal Bike to commute to clients" locations. 10. Should know how to drill and install the product on False Ceiling and RCC Skills Required: 1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Education: HSC to Diploma Experience: 2 3 Years Full-time Salary: 12,000.00 - 25000.00 per month Work location: Delhi Timing: 10.00am to 7.00 pm Monday to Saturday.
