Job Role: As a Senior Android App Developer, you will play a critical role in leading the development of sophisticated and feature-rich Android applications. With your extensive experience in mobile app development, you will be responsible for architecting, coding, testing and optimizing Android apps to deliver exceptional user experiences. Your expertise will contribute to the success of our mobile app projects and the growth of our Android development team Responsibilities: Lead the design, development and implementation of complex Android applications that align with project requirements and user expectations. Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers and other stakeholders to understand project goals and create technical solutions. Ensure the performance, quality and responsiveness of applications by conducting thorough testing and debugging. Architect and maintain efficient, reusable and reliable code, following best practices and coding standards. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, as well as optimize application performance for various Android devices. Work closely with the backend development team to design and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless data communication. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior Android developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment. Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency and adherence to project guidelines. Collaborate with the QA team to address and resolve issues reported during testing phases. Participate in Agile development processes, including Sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings. Continuously explore new technologies and tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Android app development process. Requirements: Proven 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Android app development, with a strong portfolio of successful Android applications. Proficiency in Java and Kotlin programming languages for Android app development. Should have AOSP, kernel level and architectural knowledge in Android platform. Experience in JavaScript, MongoDB Knowledge in Reverse Engineering Android APKs. In-depth knowledge of Android SDK, Android Studio, and Gradle build system. Experience with third-party libraries, APIs, and SDK integrations. Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and a solid understanding of mobile application architecture patterns, such as MVP, MVVM, or Clean Architecture. Experience with version control systems, such as Git. Good to have TypeScript or CoffeeScript Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
