Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Subject Matter Expert (CSR2) to join our team at Intouch CX. In this role, you will support and guide our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), ensuring top-quality customer interactions and a consistent client experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent our client partners by understanding their brand, values, processes, and promotions
  • Provide real-time support, coaching, and feedback to CSRs to ensure service quality
  • Conduct call evaluations and identify training needs
  • Act as a role model for team members through professional behavior and leadership
  • Assist in onboarding and mentoring new team members
  • Analyze performance metrics and support continuous improvement
  • Perform other operational and administrative tasks as assigned

Key Skills Required:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or call center environment
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and people management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Familiar with ACD/IVR systems and performance analytics
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal
  • Typing speed of 30 WPM with accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Comfortable with change and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
