Job Title : Brand Manager - Nutraceuticals

Reporting to: Head of Marketing


Role Purpose:

We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Brand Manager/Senior Brand Manager to build and grow our Nutraceuticals portfolio from the ground up. The ideal candidate will have a strong marketing foundation, hands-on experience in brand conceptualization or restaging, and expertise in new product introductions and digital media. This role is pivotal in driving 5X growth and establishing USV as a leader in the well-being space.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand & Product Strategies: Assist in creating brand plans, collaborate with agencies for 360-degree campaigns, and drive digital/social media marketing.
  • Execution & Promotions: Ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives, including POS materials, demos, and trade activations.
  • Media Planning: Develop media strategies aligned with brand objectives and optimize visibility across channels.
  • New Product Development (NPD): Lead competition tracking, product differentiation, and packaging innovation within regulatory norms.
  • Trade Marketing: Design frameworks for distributor engagement, pricing strategies, and on-ground activations.
  • Marketing Research: Commission studies to understand consumer behavior, track brand health, and evaluate campaign success.
  • Budget Management: Oversee A&SP spend, ensuring adherence to budgets and timely agency payments.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: MBA from a premium institute in India or abroad.
  • Experience: 6+ years in Marketing, with at least 4 years in Marketing at leading consumer-facing organizations. Experience managing projects end-to-end is a must. Skills:
    • Strategic thinking and entrepreneurial mindset.
    • Expertise in digital/social media marketing and media planning.
    • Strong project management, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Integrity and a results-driven approach.
