Job Description
- Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain SQL-based reports using tools such as SSRS, Power BI, or other reporting platforms.
- Troubleshoot and optimize SQL queries for performance and accuracy.
- Collaborate with business users to gather reporting requirements and translate them into functional reports.
- Provide support for existing reports and implement changes as required.
- Maintain data integrity and consistency across reporting platforms.
- Required Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL, including writing complex queries and stored procedures.
- Experience with reporting tools like SSRS, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot data-related issues. Good communication and documentation skills.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in a support environment and ticket management systems. Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) is a plus.
