Job Description

We are seeking ahighly motivated and results-oriented Ad Sales Specialist to drivebrand-focused advertising revenue for a portfolio of 50+ manufacturers. Thisrole requires a strong understanding of the digital advertising landscape and aproven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
 
Responsibilities:
 
Brand Acquisition Onboarding:
  • Actively engage with assigned manufacturers to onboard them onto our advertising platform.
  • Develop and present compelling value propositions that demonstrate the benefits of our advertising solutions.
Campaign Management Optimization:
  • Develop and execute strategic advertising campaigns tailored to individual client needs and objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., ROI, CPC, CTR, conversions) and provide regular reports and insights to clients.
  • Identify opportunities for campaign optimization and proactively recommend adjustments to maximize ROI.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client contacts.
  • Proactively identify and address client needs and concerns.
  • Negotiate and secure consistent advertising budgets and recurring revenue streams.
Coordination Collaboration:
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., product, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Expectedskillset:
Experience:
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital advertising sales, e-commerce advertising, or performance marketing. Prior experience with e-commerce advertising platforms or ad tech tools (e.g., Citrus Ads, Online Sales) is a strong plus.
Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising concepts (e.g., CPC, CPM, programmatic advertising).
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Results-oriented with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
