Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Rajkot for an Operation Manager. The Operation Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and optimizing profitability. The Operation Manager will also coordinate with the sales team, conduct regular performance. evaluations of employees, and implement procedures and policies to improve efficiency and productivity. Qualifications Bachelor's or higher degree in Business Management, Hospitality Management or a related field. 2+ years of experience as an Operation Manager, preferably in the hospitality industry. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Proven track record of managing budgets, optimizing profitability, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Experience in creating and implementing policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet hotel objectives. Knowledge of relevant software applications, including MS Office and Property Management Systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
