We are hiring Business Analyst who can join us in short notice.

Experience: 4 - 8 years

Location: Mumbai

Notice: 0 to 45 days

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Business Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements for CBDC/UPI/Digital Payments implementation.
• System Design & Implementation: Design and implement CBDC/UPI/Digital Payments systems, processes, and solutions, ensuring they meet business objectives and align with regulatory frameworks. 
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze data related to CBDC/UPI/Digital Payments transactions, user behavior, and system performance to identify trends and insights. 
• Process Optimization: Identify and recommend improvements to CBDC/UPI/Digital Payments processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve user experience. 
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and regulatory bodies. 
• Project Management: Contribute to project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. 
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure CBDC/UPI/Digital Payments systems and processes comply with relevant regulations and standards. 
• Technology Evaluation: Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to enhance CBDC/UPI/Digital Payments capabilities. 
• Testing and Validation: Participate in testing and validation of new CBDC/UPI/Digital Payments systems and processes. 
• Documentation: Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions.

Work Experience:

• Knowledge of CBDC/UPI/Digital Payments concepts and technologies: A strong understanding of CBDC/UPI/Digital Payments principles, technologies, and regulatory frameworks is required. 
• Experience with data analysis tools and techniques: Proficiency in using tools like SQL, Excel, and data visualization software is beneficial. 
• Understanding financial systems and processes: Familiarity with banking operations and financial regulations is helpful.
