Job Description


Job Specifications:
  • Designation : Territory Manager ( FMCG Urban).
  • Location: Vizag & Hyderabad HQ
  • Qualification: Any Graduate.
  • Experience: 7yrs & above ( Candidate must have FMCG Urban Sales Experience is mandatory).

Basic Criteria for applying :- 1. Must have Wide Range of Products Sales Experience
2. Must have On Roll Team handling experience.
3. Must have FMCG Urban Sales Experience.
4. Candidate must have distributor Handling experience
5. Must have geographical experience. Job Description:
  • Increasing Sales Distribution
  • Identifies and appoints distributors .
  • Sets targets to field force in terms of total outlets to be serviced through direct Channels.
  • Increases sales width (through specified targets and focus brands allocated to Filed Force.
  • Ensures that market presence is maintained through adequate merchandising
  • B.Stock Management
  • Constantly tracks pipelines and makes rectifications to maintain specified norms.
  • Identifies breakages/ expires/ damaged stocks and ensures that they are processed as per specified norms.

Stockist Management

  • Is responsible for receivables.
  • Ensures through SO' and ISR's that their respective stockists are adequately servicing their markets.
  • Ensures through SO's and ISR's that their respective stockists are investing in Dabur as per the desired norms / targets.
  • Ensures that stockist claims are settled within the prescribed period as per the corporate norms and guidelines.

D.Deployment of resources
  • Approve the MJP of SO's and ISR's.
  • Ensures sales productivity of SO and ISR's.
  • Reorganizes sales beats to optimize sales efficiencies and sales targets.
  • Ensures that trade promotions and market schemes are implemented as per the specified norms and guidelines.
KPIs : -
  • Direct Towns Secondary Value
  • Total Mandays for ISR across SO's deployment in direct towns
  • Increase in Avg. Brands Sold
  • Secondary Sales Value
  • Opportunity Brands / NPD

Other Requirements
  • Good computer skills (specially MS-excel)
  • Promotional effectiveness measures
  • Good communication skills
  • Personal Attributes
  • Has to have sales background
  • Understanding of FMCG Urban Product ranges.
  • Creative on designing & execution of promotions
