DESIGNATION:                                               E-user support (Senior Executive)

LOCATION:                                                      Delhi (Peeragarhi)

Experience:                                                     3-5 Years

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:                  Any graduate

 

 

Principal duties and responsibilities:

• Manage and configuration Servers In-House, Data Centres, AWS.
• Manage and configuration Network & Security.
• Backup and configuration application and servers.
• Manage and configuration New Projects and Tasks.
• Manage and configuration Antivirus Application.
• Manage and configuration VPN for SAP users.
• Manage IT compliances and documentation.
• Provide L2 Support for Users Problems.
• Configure and troubleshooting mail related problems.
• Taking care of IT Network Infrastructure of entire HO location
• Taking care of user calls of H-41,54,56,57 for hardware, OS & Application

 

Function/Technical Skills

• Expertise in setting up & managing Wide Area / Local Area Networks & Networking Devices Administration & Architecture Design.
• Expertise in Setting up & managing Network Infra Security.
• Configuration & Managing Firewall like FG 80E, 200E, Sophos XG, Checkpoint.
• Configuration & Managing VMware VSphere, Vcenter Servers Administration & Architectural Components, system administration, involving network, server and database backup strategy devising, configuration of User Groups and Accounts in networked environments.
• Good technical knowledge for the edge in complete system integration and IT infrastructure management.
