Job Description
We are seeking a QA Automation Lead with expertise in Selenium and Cucumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust automation frameworks, as well as leading QA automation team.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop scalable automation frameworks for web and API testing using Selenium and Cucumber. Lead and mentor the QA team in implementing best practices for automation testing. Collaborate with development, product, and QA teams to define test strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Review and optimize existing test scripts to enhance efficiency and reliability. Manage the execution of automated test cases and analyze test results.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the automation test environment. Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and tools.
Required Skills and Experience: 10-12 years total experience, 6+ years of experience in QA Automation, with expertise in Selenium and Cucumber. Hands-on experience in setting up and maintaining automation frameworks from scratch. Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or similar languages. Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integration of automation tests. Knowledge of version control tools like Git.
