What will your job look like Key. responsibilities: Solution Engineering Architect will work with the Enterprise Solution Architect in deriving the data Engineering aspects such as integration, Storage, processing and consumption of data to be adapted in a particular business capability or a project. Gather, analyze and interpret functional and non-functional requirements to determine an architectural solution for a specific business project within the approved scope. The architecture delivered will be consistent with the Enterprise Architecture blueprints and roadmaps, and conformant with client enterprise architecture principles & methods. The focus is on creating reusable patterns related to logical and physical views for ETL design, Data modelling, batch job scheduling, data migration from On-premises to Azure cloud for specific solutions for large and major projects meeting the defined SLAs. Work with detail designers, ETL developers, testers & Cloud Infrastructure team in adhering to the Cloud security principles, architectural Standards of Voya and ensure smooth delivery. Identify key areas of complexity in solution advised and validates results by building PoCs if it is non-existent in the enterprise continuum. Mentors and Coaches teams on the technology selected for development & how various portions of the solution architecture come together and owns the solution deliverables. Perform impact analysis on the project or a business capability due to any change requests raised by stakeholders and performance tuning of the solution. All you need is. Technical Skills: Mandatory Total: 10 to 12 years 5+ Hands on experience on designing the Data engineering solutions both on on-premises & Azure cloud using IaaS, PaaS & SaaS services. 10+ years of experience in ODS, DWH and Lakehouse solutions design and implementation 5+ Data modeling experience 3+ experience on Snowflake Exposure to NextGen Technologies Strong knowledge on both ETL/ELT, Batch and streams processing solutions. In-depth knowledge on RDMS & No SQL DBs features and fitment in solution. 5+ Years of experience on SQL & Data pipelines creation Good to have: Data science, AI/ML experience Multi cloud experience Cloud agnostic solutions design Why you will love this job: Be challenged by crafting the high-level design and dictates technical standards.
