Position: Account Executive

Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Location: Kathwada GIDC, Ahmedabad.
• Ability to join within 15 days.

Key Responsibilities:

• Passing entries for Salary, Daily income, Debit Note, Overriding brokerage (NEFT), etc.
• Bank reconciliation and maintenance of Petty Cash.
• Handling reimbursements and ensuring compliance with Income Tax regulations, including TDS, Advance tax, and IT declaration for employees.
• Compliance related to Service Tax.
• Finalization of books of accounts.
• Preparation of vouchers and execution of payments via cheque/NEFT.
• Daily purchase entry and preparation of outstanding reports.
• Maintaining, controlling, and supervising books of accounts on a daily basis.
• Preparation of daily Bank balance and Cash flow reports.
