Assistant Manager/Manager- Audit Assist in the risk assessment and development of annual audit plan. Carry out risk oriented audit projects according to the annual audit plan including preparations for your audit assignments, performing data analysis, risk assessments, detailed testing, and root cause analysis, tec. Identify business risks and issues during the audit project execution process, discuss with relevant departments and management, promote closed-loop risk management and problem-solving, and optimize relevant business processes. Strong understanding of applicable Indian legislations to design and ensure continued compliance of strong control environment. Output audit project reports and report to management Execute training programs, including organizing department training session for functional team to ensure adequate adherence to polices and compliance requirements. Requirements Qualified CA/MBA Finance Preferred; Have at least 5 years of work experience. and at least 2 years of experience in internal audit or risk management in large and medium-sized enterprises; Risk sensitive, good data analysis and project communication skills; Demonstrate interpersonal skills. Requires strong written and verbal communication skills to be able to work with Company personnel and vendors in a professional manner. Ability to manage multiple tasks at one time, including overseeing the work of other auditors. Operative knowledge of Oracle modules will be preferred. Problem solving skills that demonstrate critical and logical thinking to reach a solution. Must be able to handle highly confidential information in a strictly professional manner. (ref:iimjobs.com
