Job description:

The key objectives of this position are

1. Lead and manage a dynamic team of executives and CFAs in a materials warehouse, overseeing the handling of Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, and Finished Goods. Drive the team towards achieving department and plant-level Key Performance Indicators.
2. Ensure precision in inventory management with a relentless focus on achieving near-zero variance within the warehouse.
3. Spearhead the successful implementation of Sap EWM in a state-of-the-art, fully automated warehouse at our Ankleshwar plant.
4. Collaborate seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders to optimize truck Turnaround Time, contributing to the overall efficiency of our supply chain.
5. Innovate and implement out-of-the-box solutions to mitigate in-transit damages, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in product handling.
6. Collaboration with stakeholders across the supply chain to optimize inventory age in the warehouse ensuring the best fit of Fifo and warehouse throughput.
7. Lead by example to establish and uphold the highest standards of manufacturing excellence in the materials department. Inspire and drive the team towards achieving outstanding performance in line with industry benchmarks.
