Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Indore/Ratlam/Dhar/Gwalior for a Sales Officer at Shalimar Paints. The Sales Officer will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting our products and services, presenting solutions to meet customer needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction to increase sales revenue. Qualifications A minimum of one year of experience in sales or a related field. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients. Ability to analyze and interpret sales trends, customer. data, and market information to develop effective sales strategies. Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques, principles, and methods to achieve sales targets and increase market share. Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software
