Job Summary:

Seeking a Motion Graphics Designer with at least 4 years of creative agency experience to join in-house design team of a leading pharmaceutical company. This role demands a professional with a strong agency background, a passion for storytelling through animation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality AVs, motion graphics content, explainer videos, infographics, etc.
• Edit videos into bite-size content for Healthcare Professionals.
• Enhance explainer/informative videos with animation, visual effects, and sound design
• Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, maintaining consistency with brand guidelines
• Support post-production needs for video shoots when required
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Motion Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of motion graphics experience in a creative or advertising agency setting
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop; knowledge of Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics work

Nice To Have:

• Experience with interactive media or eLearning content
• Basic sound editing or voiceover integration
• Familiarity with AI tools and other tools like Figma or Adobe XD
