Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Recruiter with 3 - 4 years of hands-on experience in sourcing and hiring top IT talent. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of various technical roles, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in modern recruitment tools and strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and assess qualified candidates for diverse IT roles across technologies and experience levels.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define clear job specifications.
- Conduct interviews via phone, video, and in-person, ensuring consistency and fairness throughout the process.
- Clearly articulate technical job descriptions to both candidates and hiring teams.
- Manage recruitment workflows through Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and ensure data accuracy.
- Build a strong pipeline of candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, job boards, and social media.
- Maintain excellent candidate experience with timely updates and feedback.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 34 years of proven experience in end-to-end IT recruitment.
- Solid understanding of technical roles, skills, and IT industry terminology.
- Familiarity with various interview formats and effective candidate evaluation methods.
- Hands-on experience with ATS and professional recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in hiring for niche, emerging technologies or senior-level IT roles.
- HR or recruitment-related certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR, AIRS) are an added advantage.
