Role/Designation Technical Architect or Senior Technical Architect or Principal Architect Education / Qualification Bachelors Degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. Certification Any technical certification in AWS would be an advantage. No of years of experience 1) Total IT experience of 12 to 17 Years. 2) 5 + years of experience in working with customers directly preferably with Technology Leaders. 3) 6 + years of experience in AWS Cloud Platform (IaaS, PaaS & SaaS). 4) 6 + years of experience in Application Developent and Infrastructure Architecture & Devops. 5) 5 + years of experience in working with onshore/offshore model & AGILE methodology. Team size handled (if any) This is an individual contributor role. However, the candidate be a good team player. Primary Skills (Must have) 1) Hands on experience in AWS services such as EC2, Route53, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, Cognito, VPC, Subnets, Security Groups, Target Groups, ALB. VPC End Point, Certificate Manager, Secret Manager, KMS, Load Balancer, DNS, 2) Hands on experience in Lambda Functions, Lambda Layers, API Gateways, CloudFront, Step Functions, SES, SQS, SNS, 3) Hands on experience in RDS, SQL, no-SQL, Postgres, MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redshift, Glue, ETL, 4) Hands on experience in application development using HTML5, CSS3, JQuery, JavaScript, Angular/ReactJS, NodeJS, Python, .net/Java 5) Strong understanding of web application architecture and best practices. 6) Hands on experience in designing and developing AWS infrastructure provisioning scripts using Cloud Formation Templates or Terraform 7) Deep understanding in AWS well architectured framework and AWS cloud adoption frameworks. 8) Hands on experience in cloud design patterns. 9) Hands on expereince in managing repositories, files and workflows in GitHub, 10) Hands on experience in implementing CICD pipeline for AWS project, Secondary skills (Good to have) 1) Jira 2) Confluence 3) Swagger 4) Docker & Kubernetes 5) Expertise in Data Lakes, Databricks, Job/Role Description 1) Define best practices and work breakdown structure. 2) Author Solution Definition and design (including High Level Architecture). 3) Collaborate with Project manager to finalize Sprint execution plan. 4) Guide the application development team to implement the solution based on the design. 5) Review and provide suggestions on User manual post implementation. 6) Review and Validate Test cases and Test Plan 7) Responsible for providing walkthrough of the proposed design and getting approval from customer. 8) Responsible for closing any requirements gap between customer and development team. 9) Mentoring the development team on the finalized design and providing technical clarifications. 10) Responsible for supporting UAT and PROD deployments Soft skills/other skills (If any) 1) Self-directed with an aptitude managing and tracking projects, tasks, and backlogs. 2) Wisdom to go looking for the root cause of problems and communicate openly about them.
