Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant
Experience: 2+ Years

Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with 2+ years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules along with the technical capability to configure, customize, and integrate solutions. This role is based in Bangalore and will be part of a collaborative team focused on delivering best-in-class HR technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work as a techno-functional consultant on Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and support projects.
- Understand and analyze business requirements related to HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits, and Performance Management.
- Develop and maintain Fast Formulas, BI Publisher Reports, HCM Extracts, OTBI, HDL, and Data Loaders.
- Customize and configure workflows, security roles, and approval hierarchies.
- Coordinate with functional and technical teams to design and deploy robust HCM solutions.
- Perform data migrations and integrations using tools like HCM Data Loader (HDL), HSDL, and Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs).
- Provide post-implementation support and resolve user issues and system bugs.
- Create documentation including technical specifications, solution designs, and user guides.
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM as a techno-functional consultant.
- Good understanding of HCM modules: Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, and Talent Management.
- Proficiency in technical tools like HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, Fast Formulas, HDL, and HSDL.
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud architecture and security concepts.
- Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP web services.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle Fusion HCM certification is a plus.
- Prior experience in at least one end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology
