 BPO Operations Manager (Trivandrum)

Job Description

We are looking forward for an experienced Head of Operations, who will work directly with the Founders / CEO team to lead all the operational processes including customer support, process excellence and delivery. What we are looking for: Provide inspired leadership company-wide. Make high-level decisions about policy and strategy. Report to the Senior Management and execute plans as per the goals of the company. Develop and implement operational policies and a strategic plan. Act as the primary spokesperson for the company. Develop the companys culture and overall company vision. Create an environment that promotes great performance and positive morale. Work with Operations Managers and other heads of departments very closely to ensure that the clients mandates are met. Work with the Senior Management to determine values and mission, plan and execute for short and long-term goals. Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company. Work closely. with onsite teams, clients, customers and vendors and strategize the delivery model as per the needs. Work with internal stakeholders to identify business and technology infrastructure related requirements and work towards improvement and optimization. Create, monitor and manage BPO solutions to ensure achievement of performance metrics, service level agreements and continuous process excellence. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company. Oversee the companys budgeting, reporting, and auditing. Assure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations Work closely with the human resource department to ensure great hiring. Position requirements: Bachelors degree or Masters degree At least 15 years of total experience in a BPO or similar organization, as VP or Director level position or higher, handling an employee population of 100 or more. Health Care background preferred but not a must. Experience in managing teams that performs End to end Customer-service, BPO, Contact Center operations, Inbound, Outbound, Call Center operations, Chat, Voice and Non-Voice operations, Backend and Back-offices operations. Knowledge of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management, and general finance and budgeting. Ability to build consensus and relationships among executives, partners, and the workforce. Understanding of human resources and personnel management. Experience with corporate governance. Proven negotiation and persuasion skills. Ability to understand new issues quickly and make wise decisions. Ability to inspire confidence and create trust. Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively, and delegate. Candidates local to Thiruvananthapuram preferred
