Job description As a Product / Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for introducing/Launching/handling New or existing product lines for the Company. Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select deals in line with strategies, and facilitate pitch logistics. Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company. Your job as a business development/Marketing manager is to identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts. Manage both our existing sales pipeline and the development of new business opportunities. Take a lead role in developing new-business proposals and presentations that create and nurture opportunities and partnerships. Identify trends and customer needs, building a sales pipeline for short/medium/long term in. accordance with targets. Develop strategies and positions by analysing new-venture integration. Required Candidate profile Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role. 4 years" prior experience in business development / relationship management, Strong communication and leadership skills, Strong execution orientation - needs to be able to get things done, and fast, Ideal candidate should be proactive. Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience in sales techniques Proven ability to plan and manage resources Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team. Hands-on problem solving aptitude, with ability to conceptualise the right solutions for complex and diverse business needs. Prepare database of customers with proper contact We are looking for highly energetic, self-motivated individuals to join our Sales team.
