Responsibilities Expert Acquisition: Identify, assess, and recruit experts across India in diverse fields. Establish and nurture relationships with professionals to build a robust network. Startup Engagement Identify potential startups in the US and India interested in consultancy services. Promote and facilitate the hiring of experts as fractional executives by startups. Sales Strategy Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Present and promote our branding services, expert branding, and the OpenGrowth Hub virtual platform to startups. Cross-Selling Cross-sell our courses authored by experts to startups as a complementary mechanism. Showcase the synergies between expert consultancy, branding services, and virtual platform offerings. Collaboration Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of services. Collaborate with marketing to enhance brand visibility and attract potential clients. Market. Research Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities. Provide insights to shape the organisation's offerings based on market demands. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field 7+ years" proven experience as a sales and marketing manager Proven experience in end-to-end sales, preferably in the startup industry. Demonstrated success in acquiring experts and engaging startups for consultancy services. In-depth knowledge of the Indian startup ecosystem. Familiarity with US and Indian markets and cultural nuances. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to articulate and sell both consultancy services and educational products. Networking Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Result-Oriented Goal-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
