Job Description

Responsibilities: Minimum 5 years of Field work experience in sales of Software products and Services. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the engineering services and PTC products software sales domain. Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the sales team, understanding their needs and ensuring client satisfaction. Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of PTC products, their features, and how they align with clients" engineering requirements. Stay updated on the latest developments and enhancements in PTC products. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the engineering services sector for PTC products. Collaborate with marketing and lead generation teams to generate new leads. Work closely with the sales team to develop effective strategies for selling PTC products in conjunction with engineering services. Align sales strategies with the unique value propositions of PTC products. Prepare. and present compelling proposals that showcase the benefits of PTC products for engineering services clients. Customize presentations to address specific client needs and effectively communicate the technical advantages of PTC solutions. Collaborate with PTC technical experts to address client queries, provide technical demonstrations, and ensure a thorough understanding of product capabilities. Engage technical resources as needed during the sales process to support client interactions. Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients, ensuring compliance with PTC licensing models and pricing structures. Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize contracts in a manner that is mutually beneficial. Achieve and exceed sales targets for both engineering services and PTC products. Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing client base. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics related to PTC products and engineering services. Utilize market intelligence to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge. Roles and Responsibilities Analyze and assess the performance of the sales team in both engineering services and PTC products software sales. Generate regular reports on key performance indicators, sales achievements, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with the sales team to develop accurate sales forecasts for both service offerings and PTC products. Monitor actual performance against forecasts and identify and address any variances. Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and outcomes related to both engineering services and PTC products. Leverage CRM systems for effective data management and reporting. Foster effective communication and collaboration between the sales team, marketing, product development, and support teams. Align sales efforts with overall business goals and strategies. Identify training needs within the sales team and coordinate training programs to enhance skills related to both engineering services and PTC products. Support ongoing professional development for the sales team. Conduct regular performance reviews for sales team members, providing constructive feedback and recognition. Develop action plans for continuous improvement and skill development. Facilitate transparent and open communication channels within the sales team and between departments. Communicate sales targets, expectations, and updates regularly to ensure a cohesive and informed team. Contribute to the development of overall business strategies by providing insights and recommendations based on sales data and market trends. Participate in strategic planning sessions with executive leadership.
