Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Business Development Manager based in New Delhi. The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth. The Senior Business Development Manager will also be responsible for managing existing client relationships, developing sales proposals, and working closely with our design team to create customized solutions. This is a hybrid role, and the candidate will work both onsite and remotely. Qualifications Proven track record of sales success in the retail or interior design industry Excellent communication and. interpersonal skills Ability to identify and articulate customer needs and translate them into solutions Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with customers and strategic partners Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Flexibility and ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field Master's degree in Business Administration is a plus
