Job responsibilities

 The position will have responsibility of building stronger controls and leading finance projects and process improvement initiatives primarily for Print and Mosaic business. 

Key responsibilities

• Driving projects to enhance control environment (e.g. intercompany and inter-unit processes, GST advance reporting etc.)

• Simplification/automation of accounting and reporting processes for Event line of business.
• Ensure appropriate accounting by profit center for the various sub-verticals of the business
• Establish and streamline process for reporting collections through Payment gateway with appropriate reconciliation processes
• Balance sheet review and control for the business.
• For key finance processes for the business drafting of clear Statement of Work, SOPs and Work Instructions and monitoring of the same.
• Responsibility to ensure smooth internal and Stat Audit.
• Working on all Action items coming out of Internal Audit observations.
• Support various automation projects on the revenue and costs side of various finance processes for continuous streamlining and plugging of any control weaknesses.

• Hands-on working knowledge of SAP. High proficiency in MS Office. Experience of working on sales funneling tools (e.g. SFDC) and other MIS/BI tools will be desirable.
• Prior experience in Project management/process improvement initiatives will be highly desirable.
