We are looking for. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Lead Data Scientist. This is a hybrid role that combines expertise in Data Engineering, ML Ops, and Data Science. As the Lead Data Scientist, you will be responsible for working with the bleeding-edge AI models, LLMs (Large Language Models), and setting up pipelines for training and fine-tuning these models. You will play a crucial role in optimizing and scaling the models to ensure their efficient deployment and performance. As a Lead Data Scientist you will. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, ML Ops specialists, and other data scientists, to develop and implement cutting-edge AI models and solutions. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, particularly in the area of LLMs, and assess their potential applications to our business needs. Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines for training, fine-tuning, and deployment of AI models, ensuring data quality, integrity, and availability. Develop strategies to optimize and scale AI models for efficient and high-performance deployment, considering factors such as computational resources, latency, and scalability. Conduct in-depth analysis of complex data sets, identifying patterns, trends, and insights that can drive actionable business decisions and enhance the performance of AI models. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into data science projects, and develop innovative solutions that address key challenges and opportunities. Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, providing guidance, support, and technical expertise to foster professional growth and ensure successful project execution. As a Lead Data Scientist you will need. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. A Master's or Ph.D. degree is preferred. Proven experience as a data scientist, data engineer, or in a related role, with a strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts. Extensive hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI models, LLMs, and setting up end-to-end data pipelines for training and fine-tuning. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala, as well as experience with libraries and frameworks for machine learning and data processing (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Apache Spark). Solid understanding of ML Ops principles, including model versioning, reproducibility, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), and monitoring. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large and complex data sets and derive meaningful insights. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Leadership experience, including the ability to lead and mentor a team of data scientists, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
