Job Description
- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN LOAN SALES
1. Provide information on Products / Services / Offers to customers.
2. Handling inbound calls & outbound calls.
3. Effectively identify customer credit needs and provide appropriate loan solutions
4. Must have experience in solving customers' queries over the phone.
5. Must know about Loan sales
6. Work directly with the customers through the entitle cycle from loan application to loan closing
7. Ensure that all lending documents and processes are completed as per internal policies.
