Profile of Manager Marketing & Sales At Bangalore
Qualification : BE (Mechanical) or BE (Production Engineering) OR DME from reputed institution / university. Additional qualification in Marketing Management is preferred but not a must.
Experience : Minimum 8 - 10 years in handling marketing of CNC Horizontal Boring Machines, Large CNC Lathes, Gantry Milling Machines, Gear Tech Machines, Grinding Solutions other machines for industries lilke, Defence, Aerospace, Automotive and Heavy Engineering Industries. The person should be experience in selling these kinds of machines tools to Government, Defence, Public Sector undertakings and private customers in Bengaluru Region. Should have flair and aptitude for customer rapport and continuous interaction with customer. Customer rapport with corporate customers in Bengaluru Region is required.
Should also have flair to develop business on need based requirement of customer. Market intelligence is an important aspect of this task and to be continuously applied for larger revenue / high value business. Enquiry generation is a key job responsibility.
Should have knowledge on tender procedures of Government & public sector undertakings.
Job Profile : Handling CNC machines tools as above and develop rapport with the customer.
Develop new customers and generate High Value enquiries on continues basis.
To ensure that all orders are executed smoothly including receipt of payment.
The job is incentive based.
Emoluments : Rs. 10-12 lacs per annum (includes Basic + DA + HRA + LTA + Medical All. + PF + Super Annuation + Incentive) + Higher salary can be considered in case of deserving candidate.
Location : Bangalore.
