Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Perform duties in alignment with the companys mission and values.
2. Close sales through a consultative sales process.
3. Prospect and qualify potential clients, leads, and referrals, identifying decision makers.
4. Utilize and manage customer relationship management system (CRM) to maintain all client and lead information.
5. Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments, identifying customers needs to provide a solution, and making initial presentations.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.
7. Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-3 years of B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
