Requirements :

• Graduation and under-graduate both can apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem solving abelites.
• Proficiency is using customer service software and CRM systems.
• Ability to work in a fast - paced and target- driven environment.
• Flexibility to work in rotating shifts and off.

Role Description:

• Receive, document and track customer complaints via phone.
• Communicate with customers to empathetically understand their concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of complaints and their resolution for reporting and analysis purposes.
• Identify trends in complaints and provide feedback to relevant departments to improve products or services.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve the complaint resolution process and enhance customer satisfaction.
