Job Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate/arrange/prepare, validate and uploadsend reports for
a. Statutory purpose to SEBI, RBI, Income Tax dept,AMFI etc
b. Business
2. Control on various tax filings
3. Scrutinizing various Registrar reports like daily transactions reports, AUM, MCR, dividend, redemption, TDS, Stamp Duty etc, highlight discrepancies, if any and get the same rectified
4. Expense handling for the schemes and analysis of the same
5. Outsourcing review of registrar
6. All kind of audit coordination with registrars like a) Internal, b) Statutory, c)System, d)Cyber Security, e) Third party etc
7. Coordination for various risk management report & submission to CRO
8. Back up coordination for commission, banking, unit control and reconciliation with Registrar, banks, depositories, other vendors
9. Supporting new products and services
