Job Title: Sales Supervisor - FMCG Company

Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership:

   • Lead and supervise a team of sales representatives or field staff.
   • Set clear performance expectations and targets for the sales team.

2. Field Operations:

   • Plan and organize field sales activities to meet sales objectives.
   • Ensure effective coverage of designated territories and outlets.

3. Distributor and Retailer Management:

   • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers.
   • Provide support to distributors in achieving sales targets and resolving issues.

4. Sales Support:

   • Provide guidance and support to the sales team in promoting and selling products.
   • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.

5. Market Analysis:

   • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
   • Provide feedback to management on market dynamics and potential opportunities.

6. Sales Reporting:

   • Collect and analyze sales data to generate accurate and timely reports.
   • Report on sales performance, trends, and areas for improvement.

7. Customer Service:

   • Address customer queries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
   • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service.

8. Merchandising:

   • Coordinate with merchandising teams to ensure proper product placement and visibility.
   • Implement merchandising strategies to enhance product appeal.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Proven experience in sales supervision or a similar role, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
