Job Description
Job Summary:
Looking for a talented Content Designer with at least 4 years of creative agency experience to join in-house design team of a leading pharmaceutical company. This role requires a professional who can design visually compelling/engaging content across digital and print media. The ideal candidate will be responsible to churn quick adaptation designs and marketing collaterals for different brand teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with brand teams to deliver high-impact content designs.
- Design branded/non-branded content, marketing collaterals and digital assets.
- Ensure consistency across all visual materials in line with brand guidelines and corporate identity.
- Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Collaborate with external vendors for production/printing
- Stay current on design trends, healthcare communication standards, and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in a creative agency or in-house team, with experience in healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical sectors strongly preferred.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in branding, visual storytelling, and multi-platform design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools is a plus.
- Deep understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and accessibility in design.
- Bachelors degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field.
Nice To Have:
- Familiarity with AI tools and other new-age design solutions.
- Having design experience of healthcare professional (HCP) and direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing materials.
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or interactive media (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
