Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for a Social Media Marketing Intern at Stella Fine Jewellery located in Vadodara. The role involves creating and curating social media content for our various platforms, assisting with digital marketing campaigns, and tracking and reporting on social media performance metrics. Some work from home is acceptable, but in-person meetings will also be required. Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content strategy aligned with brand goals and target audience. Create high-quality visuals, including photos, videos, and graphics, showcasing our jewelry in a captivating and eye-catching manner. Write engaging captions and stories that tell the brand story, educate about lab-grown diamonds, and connect with the target audience on an emotional level. Manage and schedule content across multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.). Participate in social listening and respond promptly to comments and. messages. Develop and execute social media campaigns, including contests, giveaways, and influencer collaborations. Track and analyze social media performance using relevant analytics tools and provide insights to optimize the strategy. Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices. Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all channels. Qualifications Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation skills Digital Marketing and Marketing skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Experience with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma, and Meta Business Suite. Experience with social media analytics and reporting Experience in the jewelry industry is a plus Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
