Customize Project planning approach as per the Charters tics of the project Must have experience both in terms of Leadership & Management Stakeholder Management Strategise project objectives, System Architecture & related resource planning Goal Setting & Mentor the team accordingly Adherence to best Project Management Practices in Agile environment Good exposure to Continuous Development & Integration methodology. Education Bachelor's or Engineering degree or B.tech / MCA or higher (preferably a master) Strong knowledge of project management methodologies Must come from a Development Background Atleast 3 years of experience in the Project/Program Management role.
