Follow Us on LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/donaldson/ Key accountabilities: Work closely with development, data science and operations teams to understand their needs and optimize the software development, deployment, and machine learning model operationalization processes. Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for software applications and machine learning models to automate building, testing, and deployment processes. Build, deploy, and manage containerized applications and machine learning workloads using tools like Docker and Kubernetes. Manage and maintain version. control systems (e.g., Git) to ensure code and configuration changes are tracked and documented. Set up and maintain monitoring and logging solutions for both software applications and machine learning models to ensure availability, performance, and security. Create and maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and configurations related to both software applications and machine learning. Education Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, IT or related fields. Technical Competence & Skills: Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Working experience in any cloud platform (preferably Microsoft Azure). Strong programming/coding skills (preferably Python). Experience with CI/CD tools. Knowledge on Agile methodology and associated toolsets and methodologies. Leadership Competence: Strong communication skills- ability to lead the technical and strategic discussions, both verbal and written, with global counterparts and leadership teams. Self-motivated- proactive in identifying the risks and issues in projects and taking lead in solving the problems quickly. Collaboration skills- drives collaborations with global teams while working on projects and develops trusted long-term professional relationships.
