Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Siliguri. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, employee relations, and HR policies. They will be responsible for implementing HR management strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives to attract, retain, and develop. a high-quality workforce and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Along with the HR team, they will be responsible for creating a diverse and inclusive work environment. Qualifications Strong proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations Experience in managing employee relations and developing HR policies Excellent knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and procedures Ability to develop and implement HR management strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives Strong interpersonal and communication skills to create a diverse and inclusive work environment Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus Professional HR certifications are highly desirable
