Responsible to execute the business strategy of the Frozen & Fresh Category via a strong marketing plan
Drive Business Volume and Profitability
Help translate strategy to innovative marketing plans
Track competitor activities to ensure we are always either ahead or quick to react
Develop and manage marketing campaigns end to end
Ensure superior coordination with agencies ( research . advertising, media , BTL etc ) for
the smooth & timely running of all activities
Strong and constant link with business teams to ensure all relevant marketing support is
provided.

Communication/Promotions

Execute the communication strategy across channels
Ensure timely execution of all ATL communication
Ensure strong on ground presence via superior POS activation
Drive synergy of communication across all platforms ensuring the brand has one voice to
the consumer.
Develop innovative, creative and unique approaches to communication both in content
and medium of communication
Product innovation
Constantly strive to win on product innovation via
Consumer Insight into food tastes , regional nuances , trending flavors etc
Deep understanding of the product development process

UG:   Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG:  MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization
