Job Description
The Role The Associate, Customer Experience is a vital role within the Oakbrook India and this role will support Oakbrook for underwriting of loans. You will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and progressive environment, where you will support us in building our next generation of GenAI-enabled tech businesses.
You would be dealing in reviewing applications verifying documents and ensuring all required information is complete and accurate. Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant data to determine the risk profile of applicants. Support the underwriting team in making informed decisions by preparing and presenting customer data and analysis.
About you
The ideal candidate will have a track-record in delivering results in a fast-moving business and hence be comfortable with change and uncertainty. Excellent stakeholder management experience is essential to being successful in this role.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in fintech/Mortgage/Lending operations for UK/US clients
- Operational experience with all phases of banking/lending customer life cycle like call centre, back office, retention
- Knowledge and Subject Matter Expertise around lending processes, and systems
- Excellent analytical skills to identify the process/product gaps and provide resolution.
- Graduate/Under-graduate from recognized university
Skills Requirement: To be filled by Hiring Manager
Must-Have Skills (Top 3):
- Document Verification and Financial Data Analysis (Bank Statements, Credit Reports, Financial Statements)
- Knowledge of Lending Operations and Underwriting Processes (preferably for UK/US clients)
- Strong Analytical and Decision-Making Skills
Good-to-Have Skills (Up to 3):
- Experience with GenAI/Automation tools in Financial Operations
- Excellent Stakeholder Communication and Reporting Skills
Good knowledge in usage of MS office tools|
