The Role The Associate, Customer Experience is a vital role within the Oakbrook India and this role will support Oakbrook for underwriting of loans. You will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and progressive environment, where you will support us in building our next generation of GenAI-enabled tech businesses.
You would be dealing in reviewing applications verifying documents and ensuring all required information is complete and accurate. Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant data to determine the risk profile of applicants. Support the underwriting team in making informed decisions by preparing and presenting customer data and analysis.
About you
The ideal candidate will have a track-record in delivering results in a fast-moving business and hence be comfortable with change and uncertainty. Excellent stakeholder management experience is essential to being successful in this role.
