Business Analyst - Insurance Data @ LTIMindtree

Job Description

• 5-8 yrs in Insurance industry as a business analysis.
• Project management experience and/or certification (e.g., Green Belt Certification, PMP, or equivalent).
• Experience in digital experience strategy and design, Intelligent Process Automation and Technology.
• Experienced in using data and visualization tools (e.g. SQL, Excel, Tableau, Qlikview).
• Proven operational analytics and process improvement skills, with quantifiable savings identified and delivered in the Insurance/Financial Services.
• Aptitude in using a variety of source systems and types (databases, files, APIs, SaaS, etc.)
• Experienced in the insurance or financial services industry, especially business critical operations and customer interactions.
• Technical proficiency in SQL, Python, R, Hadoop a plus.
• Define, design, and manage the program dashboards based on the right value drivers (e.g., time to market, customer churn, ROI, NPS) that allow leadership to make decisions at the program and team level.
• Create the cadence to review progress and seek corrective action where necessary.
• Establish measurements and metrics to track effectiveness and progress.
• Ensure business leaders have high quality monitoring, analysis and insights to continuously improve enforcement in QBRs and KPIs that underpin OKRs.
• Provide controllable, repeatable reporting of OKRs and initiatives.
• Build and maintain self-service dashboards that are can reliably measure KPIs.
