Job Description
Primary Skills (Must have experience):
- 6+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Strong experience with .NET Core / .NET 6+, C#, ASP.NET Web API, and Entity Framework Core.
- Proficiency in front-end development using Angular or React
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, including Azure Functions, Azure App Services, Azure Storage.
- Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience designing microservices-based and serverless architectures.
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes or Azure Kubernetes Service - AKS).
- Experience building RESTful APIs
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Strong understanding of software development best practices, including Agile methodologies, TDD/BDD, and design patterns.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Good experience on HTML5, CSS3, jQuery and JSON, Bootstrap
- 3+ years of experience in unit testing using xUnit, NUnit, etc
- Exposure to Protractor/Karma/Jasmine
Role & responsibilities
- Develop and maintain modern, scalable web applications using .NET (Core), C#, and modern front-end frameworks like React or Angular.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services to enhance application functionality.
- Utilize Azure cloud services (Azure Functions, App Services, Cosmos DB, Azure SQL, Azure DevOps) to build highly available, scalable, and secure applications.
- Implement best practices for application performance, security, and scalability.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code; conduct peer code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Develop and execute unit and integration tests to ensure software quality and reliability.
- Optimize application performance through code optimization, caching strategies, and database indexing.
- Lead code reviews, provide mentorship, and enforce coding standards across the team.
- Work closely with DevOps engineers to automate deployments and integrate CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring system reliability and performance.
