Job Description :SalesPromotion activity for the region and in coordination with Marketing manager in the zone, implementsalespromotion plans and supportinitiatives. Selling and marketing Timing belts, Fan belts, Compressor belts and Power steering belts. Visit garages and explain about ourbeltsservices to the mechanics. Doing activities at retailers shop counter and at garages. Ensureimplementationinrespect of spare parts processes within company, its network and supplier. Ensure the spare parts availability in the network; define a spare part referential for the dealers, ensure the correct management of stock. Ensure support of the dealer for spare parts ordering, follow- up dealers orders, service level and on time delivery. Ensure the maintenance of an accurate spare parts documentation. Toensure the availability and accuracy of the spare parts data base. To Driving the sales of the Dealer's Spare Parts. Capture market intelligence, study the impact on business & make strategies. Training to Distributor/ stockiest Staff on Stocking, Ordering, Storage of Spare parts. New distributorAppointment and Strengthening existing distributor network & retail network All promotional activity- Advertising, salespromotion, demo/ caravans, new product launchesImplement marketing initiatives for existing and new products for supporting the field team . Execute/ Support Exhibition, customer meets, productdisplays, market mapping, usage segments etc. Ensure availability of all promotional material, includingsalesaids, brochures, posters and other POP. Education : Any Degree.
